I have been using Jarvis for a number of years now and in that time I’ve had 2-3 different cleaners who have all been wonderful. The cleaning staff are efficient, punctual and lovely to deal with. They following instruction carefully but also show initiative, which I particularly like as I don’t always have time to go over things carefully as I’m usually rushing out the door with kids! Communicating with head office is also incredibly easy, via text for very fast response times or via their app. I would highly recommend the Jarvis service.

Great service! Very accommodating. I get my clean done at the same time every fortnight so can work school pickup & errands around it. My butler is efficient with excellent attention to detail. She has delivered a consistent, quality clean at every visit & im very fussy. Love that I pay for the hours & can have what I need done. Highly recommend.

With that said, if you aren't 100% happy with your cleaner, we're happy to organise a new person to take over at any stage. Yes we can! Although we typically find it’s better to use clients’ equipment, we certainly are able to provide our own equipment.
