We currently charge two fees: the retail price of any goods or services your purchase through us (for example, the cost of a flower delivery), and then an admin fee to cover our costs organising your request. We’ll let you know what the total cost is before you make any purchase.
All payments are handled through your account with Jarvis – we’ll send you an SMS link following each request so you can pay instantly and directly.
For the time being, concierge is a service we’re only offering to our existing clients.
We currently operate in metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart and the Gold Coast. As a general rule, we can operate as far out as 40km from the Central Business District.
