How are we handing Covid-19?

COVID-19 is an unprecedented global health challenge. As a deemed essential service, we are proud to support the community at a time when the need for health and hygiene has never been greater. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of all our housekeepers and other home services professionals, and our clients.

We are actively monitoring the situation and are taking steps to help keep our communities safe.

What we are doing :

  • Supplying masks, rubber gloves and disinfectant products to our home services professionals across Australia.
  • Providing our home services professionals with COVID-related information and training through our app.
  • Increasing safety measures by having all our home services professionals regularly confirm that they do not have any flu-like symptoms.
  • Building a follow up system for our home services professionals to ensure that they have access to wider benefits such as rent relief.

What happens if I’m diagnosed with Covid-19 or quarantined?

Just let us know and we’ll ensure that any visits you’ve organised through Jarvis are cancelled with no cancellation fee, and will leave the service paused as long as required.
