How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

After you set up your booking online, someone from our team will try and get in touch over the phone to confirm all of your details. We will then send you a confirmation message via SMS and Email with your booking details as well as the date of clean as a final confirmation.

How do I reset my password?

If you are having issues logging into your Jarvis account or if you need to change your password, please message the team via email at help@getjarvis.com.au or via SMS on 0438 955 581.

How can I provide instructions for my home services professional?

You can provide instructions and notes for your housekeeper or home services professional from your Jarvis Account. Simply login to your account, then click on ‘My To-Do list’ followed by ‘Add New Item’.

Alternatively, you can find your housekeeper’s contact number by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Your Butler”.










How can I check who has been assigned to my service?

To check who your assigned housekeeper is, simply login to your Jarvis client account and click on ‘Your Butler’. If there is no assigned butler, no need to worry! This just means that we are still assessing options and waiting to match you with the best available housekeeper.

If there are ever any issues assigning your job, we will always let you know in advance. You can also always contact our support team via email at help@getjarvis.com.au or via SMS on 0438 955 581, and we’ll let you know the status of your booking.

I want to contact my housekeeper or home services professional?

You can find your housekeeper’s contact number by logging into your client account and clicking on ‘Your Butler”. If there is no assigned butler, no need to worry! This just means that we are still assessing options in an effort to match you with the best available housekeeper.

What can I do if the person assigned to my job arrived late or left early?

Please let our team know via email at help@getjarvis.com.au or via SMS on 0438 955 581, and we will follow up with your housekeeper. You can also include this information when you are asked to provide feedback after each visit.

How do I rate my Jarvis experience? Can I change my rating?

We will send you a text message after each visit prompting you to provide a score out of 5. Your response will then be recorded on our system. If you would like to change the rating that you have provided, simply send us another text message with your new rating and we will update the system accordingly.

An item was damaged or went missing. What should I do?

Please inform us immediately by emailing us at help@getjarvis.com.au, or by sending us a text message at 0438 955 581. We will follow up with your assigned Jarvis home services professional and then get back in touch with you to advise you how we will be handling the claim.

How can I cancel my cleaning plan?

You can inform us of your wish to cancel by emailing us at help@getjarvis.com.au, or by sending us an SMS message at 0438 955 581.

How can I change my email, phone number or address?

If you would like to update any of your personal account details, please message the team via email at help@getjarvis.com.au or via SMS on 0438 955 581.

How can I make changes to my booking or reschedule my next visit?

If you would like to make any changes to your cleaning plan, you can do so by making a request in your online login under the “My Bookings” section.

How can I unsubscribe from marketing communications?
