We guarantee we will do everything we can to ensure your recipient comes home happy!
You can use your gift card for any service Jarvis offers, including regular cleaning, office cleaning, steam and carpet cleaning, end of lease cleaning, furniture assembly or packing.
We charge $35 for regular bookings (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) or $50 per hour for one-off bookings
(for example, steam cleaning, spring cleaning and end of lease jobs).
If you know the length and type of booking the recipient intends to create, we recommend purchasing a custom amount based on their requirement. For example, if they want to purchase a one-off booking for 4 hours we would recommend a $200 gift card.
Our gift cards are all transferred via email. We’ll also send them instructions on how to active the card, as well as the custom message you write to them. Someone from our customer service team will also be in touch with them to help guide them through the booking process quickly and seamlessly!
All gift cards have a three year expiry period from the date they’re purchased.
We currently operate in metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart and the Gold Coast. As a general rule, we can operate as far out as 40km from the Central Business District.
