How are we different?

We don’t just pair you with a cleaner and leave you. We know how much of a headache it can be to organise cleans, make changes (if you ever need to change day for example), manage payments, follow up insurance if anything goes wrong, or even organise and train a new cleaner if your old cleaner leaves.

Instead, we’ll provide you with your own dedicated client manager, who will help you manage your service each week or fortnight. You’ll get a direct SMS line where you can message us about anything, whether queries, compliments or concerns!

How does pricing work?

You can let us know the maximum price you’re willing to pay for a cleaner per hour, and we’ll use our system to automatically link you with the best available person in the area. Typically we find that the higher the price, the more experienced your cleaner will be – as more cleaners will be incentivised to request your job.

How can I trust you in my home?

We make a huge effort to make sure we match you with the exact right person. Our cleaners are trusted members of your local community who have been carefully vetted through a thorough application process.

With that said, if you aren't 100% happy with your cleaner, we're happy to organise a new person to take over at any stage. And if something does goes wrong, we’re fully insured for up to $10 million – so you can have the peace of mind to trust us in your home.

Are you able to disinfect my home?

Yes! Your cleaner will supply disinfectant, gloves and a face mask to ensure that your home is thoroughly disinfected in a hygienic and safe manner. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we will focus particularly on high-touch areas, including doorknobs, light switches and other surfaces.
