How much do you charge?

For our cleaning service, we charge a flat $39 per hour if you book a weekly or fortnightly visit, or $50 per hour for a one-off job. Payments are handled via our app and settled only after the job is complete.

Who will be cleaning my home?

We’ll organise a local, experienced cleaner to complete your job. All our cleaners are fully insured and background checked to give you peace of mind, and if you book a regular cleaning plan, the same person will visit each time.

Do I need to be home for the clean?

Typically we recommend meeting your cleaner for the first time so that we can understand exactly the way you like things done. After that, our clients typically provide us with a key or lockbox access, or we can organise our visit times to match your schedule.

We operate Australia-wide. If you live within 30km of a capital city, we’re confident we can find you a great cleaner.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand by all of our work with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you’re unhappy, we’ll visit free of charge - no questions asked.

Which areas do you operate in?

We currently operate in metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart and the Gold Coast. As a general rule, we can operate as far out as 40km from the Central Business District.
