All our Jarvis cleaners have backgrounds in either residential cleaning, housekeeping or hotel-keeping, and can help out with any cleaning or tidying tasks around the house, from mopping and vacuuming to cleaning the dishes and making the beds - and everything in between.

What can Jarvis do?

Jarvis is a subscription service designed to make your life easier. Each week or fortnight, depending on your preference, the same Jarvis cleaner will visit your home to clean and tidy. While your Jarvis is visiting your home, they can also take care of any errands you might have - some examples of tasks our Jarvises have handled include walking the dog and collecting the groceries.

All of this, including setting tasks and automatically handling payments, is coordinated seamlessly through our app, which you can access on Google Play, iTunes or view through a browser.

How does pricing work?

We charge a flat $35 per hour (or $45 per hour for one-off bookings) for as many hours as you require, and we'll do as much as we can in the time you book. Your Jarvis is able to visit for a minimum of 1 hour per visit, however for a more thorough clean we typically recommend between 2-4 hours per visit. If you need us to visit more than once per week, or on a fortnightly basis, we can also organise this.

Payments are all handled automatically through our app - you will be charged at the end of each week, and emailed a receipt.

Who is my Jarvis?

Your Jarvis is your own personal cleaner. The same Jarvis will visit you each week or each fortnight, depending on your preference - meaning the more you use our service, the better we’ll get as we learn to really understand and your needs and your preferences.

The relationship between our Jarvis cleaners and clients is at the heart of our business, and we go to great lengths to make sure we send you exactly the right person. Before your subscription starts, we'll schedule an introductory visit with your Jarvis - this will be a chance for you to find out more about our service and your Jarvis, as well as to let them know exactly how you want things to be done. If you're happy, that same person will then be your cleaner on an ongoing basis!

How can I trust you in my home?

We make a huge effort to make sure we match you with the exact right person. Our Jarvis cleaners are trusted members of your local community who have been fully police-checked and vetted. They all have at least 2 years' experience in housekeeping, domestic cleaning, hotel keeping or another related area, and are required to maintain a 4.2 star average quality rating across all their clients.

With that said, if you aren't 100% happy with your Jarvis, we're happy to organise a new person to take over at any stage. And if something does goes wrong, we’re fully insured for up to $10 million – so you can have the peace of mind to trust us in your home.

Yes we can! Aside from cleaning we can help out with a whole range of other tasks - our most popular requests are to help with the laundry and ironing. Our housekeepers all have experience in at least one of these areas: residential cleaning, hotel room attending or housekeeping.
