I would be happy to have Dechen on my next booking on Sat 23rd Nov. I felt the team did a pretty good job given they are not familiar with the house and limited time.

The cleaning is a good standard, but they aren't staying for the 3.5 hours (or 1hr 45mins for the two cleaners) and their arrival time is inconsistent with when they say they will be here.
